J-Pop Summit Festival 2010
The J-pop Summit Festival was just what I needed: a little dose of Tokyo since I can't make a trip out this year *sob*. I didn't make it to any of the events leading up to the big festival day, but I hear they're worthy of investigating so I hope to check them out next year.
For now I'll leave you with pix of fashion, cosplay, art and music. I really enjoyed all of the creative costumes. My favorite part of the festivities was Ken Hamazaki's Grateful Red exhibit. Read more about this on my art/design blog, Studio Hana.

ReplyDeleteI know where you were... looks like so much fun.
ReplyDeleteJust got back from Osaka and I swear I thought of you often, especially when we went out to eat.
I also stayed at the hotel at Osaka Airport in a room much like what you blogged about. Loved it. Minimal and truly perfect !
cheers, parsnip
Thanks for thinking of me in Japan, Parsnip! I'm sure you had a fabulous time. And thanks as always for stopping by.
