New People in San Francisco's Japantown is hosting their second annual J-Pop festival on September 18. Leading up to this big day is a whole week of events featuring anime, music, film, fashion. Check out the festival program and take part in the J-Pop extravaganza. I plan on attending the festival on the 18th.
